International shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Additional shipping costs such as Customs Tax will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders & Returns

When completing the order form, please ensure that the ship to address is correct and always up-to-date.

If you are sending a gift directly to that special someone, please change the ship to address to the person receiving the gift(s).

Packaging is done with great care so your item(s) arrive in perfect condition, regardless of how far they travel to get to your home.

Once you complete your order online, you will then be asked to choose your best method for shipping your items to its final destination. If you choose the free shipping or alternative methods of shipping that do not include tracking or require a signature upon receipt, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns

To provide you the best online shopping experience, we have provided you with:

Product descriptions, pictures, weights, etc. We also include when possible enhanced pictures and/or enhanced videos for a clear visual of all products. A magnifying tool to zoom in on all merchandise’s pictures enhances your product purchases.

Delivery Policy
Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 1-888-900-9579 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
